Our Process

Enquire

Fill out our enquiry form, share all relevant details of your event. If enquiring for a wedding, please detail which stationery set you require. We will then contact you to schedule a design consultation with our founder Eve.

Design Consultation

We will walk you through the design process and discuss your ideas and requirements along with pricing and timescales.

Quote

An official quote will be sent following the design consultation outlining all of your desired stationery and pricing for you to review.

Booking

Once the quote has been approved a 50% booking fee is required, the fee secures your project within our schedule ready for the design process to begin. Initial designs will be received within 30 days.

Design & Proofing

Your bespoke designs are created and refined through various revisions to ensure you are entirely happy with the outcome.

Final Approval, Production and Payment

Once final revisions are approved the final invoice is sent, payment is required before final digital files are sent or print process begins.

Delivery

Your finished stationery is carefully packaged and delivered or digitally sent.
